Seller reviewExcellent communications and understanding. Teri did a great job, especially in dealing with pending law suites that were taking place with HOA. This became a challenge that Teri handled quite well throughout the selling process.

Seller reviewTeri was an awesome agent to work with. I had a lot of hesitations as we were trying to sell and buy contingently and she listened to every concern I had. Her communication was AWESOME. We have a child and dogs so all showings had to be scheduled ahead of time. She never missed a beat! She was always willing to show us houses anytime we requested and never hesitated. She pointed out concerns/flaws and made sure that we were informed of the area and pricing. She went above and beyond to assist us in all aspects. I would highly recommend her and will utilize her in the future.
