After coming to Siouxland from the hectic life in the big city, I quickly learned to slow down and appreciate the things in life that really matter, such as family, friends, neighbors, pets and all other things that revolve around our home. I absolutely love my role in real estate and wouldn't trade it for the world. Over the years I have worked with many first time buyers, first time sellers and those families looking to find their forever home. I enjoy working with those that are relocating to the area as well, since I can relate to the challenges of buying or selling a home and relocating to a new city.
I understand and appreciate the importance of curb and personal appeal while showing a property and absolutely love introducing a family to their new home! I take great pride in all I do and insist on building relationships around integrity, dependability and personal dedication to you, my client. Buyer reviewTerri actually suggested I pay a bit more on one of our houses. She said there were other offers being considered and we need to submit our best offer if we were going to get the home. She negotiated a price that I was happy with AND got the seller to offset the increase by covering $3000 of our closing costs. I was very impressed with her negotiating skills and overall knowledge, ensuring my offer was the one chosen. Great job! Terri is very professional yet friendly and fun to be around. She has a great sense of humor and is very approachable. Terri was not pushy at all. She simply showed different houses and answered questions or communicated with the sellers agent on things she didn't know. It was really fun looking at houses with her. I've worked with Terri previously and had a fantastic experience. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
