Seller reviewI have a high expectation for outstanding customer service and because I have sold and purchased a few homes I also require someone who will appreciate and work hard for my business. Terri definitely surpassed my expectations. Her knowledge of the market helped us price our home to sell. She presented her marketing strategy and we were so impressed. We have hired realtors in the past who if I did not remind them of things that needed to get done they would not get done. Because Terri was on top of the entire process we were able to just get ready for our move. We trusted her completely. At one point we realized we had not heard from the title company. I was so relaxed in the process I did not bat an eye because I knew Terri was on it. Sure enough that day I was cc'd on an email from her to the title company. These things may seem small but during the stressful time of selling your home they are huge! Would I use Terri again? Without hesitation. Would I recommend her to my closest friends. Again without hesitation. When anyone asks what was it like to have Terri Fox in my corner I will quickly say if you want a realtor who will work tirelessly, who makes you feel you are her only client, who is professional, who obviously cares about her reputation as a realtor, then you want Terri!

Seller reviewTerri Fox is the best Agent I have ever worked with. Her marketing is top notch. The video of our home was incredible. Professional pictures. Beautiful flyers. Everything she did was the best; she didn't go cheap or cut corners. She even came over the day of the pictures to help with preparing our home. Even her sign glowed at night. She is very organized. She was on top of everything she followed the sale to completion. I felt confident she looked out for our best interest.

Seller reviewUpon meeting Terri Fox via a phone call. She took time to understand the reason for selling my home. She was able to navigate selling the home while my husband and I are going through a divorce. Not an easy thing to do, but she was professional and neutral and was able to get the job done. I would recommend Terri Fox because she has absolutely the best printed materials to show off the house. She presents well and her negotiating skills are great! She was able to get a better (higher) offer from a buyer for us even during covid 19.

We met Terri at a public gathering and we were so lucky our paths crossed. We heard so many good things about Terri from others at the event before even meeting her. She is a true professional and we really feel thankful we were introduced to her. She helped us find our dream home. We worked casually with 3 other agents for months before we met Terri and weeks after meeting her we were closing on our dream home. She took care of us through the entire process and still is. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was thanks to her. Terri is beyond amazing and I feel blessed that our paths crossed. I don't feel that any other agent would have come through for us the way that she did. She made us feel #1 all the time I don't know how she does everything she does!
