Terri was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive as my buyers agent. Her professionalism, expertise and excellent interpersonal skills work synergistically to make her a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to buy a home. Always responded promptly with any inquiries I had and I loved how everything turned out! I found my new home within 3 month and I know she would have been patient with me no matter how long it took. Once I found the home I wanted, I was so excited, but also nervous that some little detail was going to fall through the cracks because there was so much to do. I did not know what was next or how to prioritize! That feeling did not last long because before I could even ask her what the next step was, I received an email or a call from her that literally started out "Next Steps". She also was in constant contact with the sellers so that any questions I had were answered right away. My favorite part was right before the closing when Terri and I went to the house for a final walk through. I know she was very happy for me. Terri is detail oriented, thoughtful , easy to communicate with, enthusiastic thru the entire process of home buying. She made my experience fun, easy, stress-free, and very informative. I was impressed by how efficient she is with all aspects of helping me find and purchase a new home.
