I am a licensed real estate agent in Northwest Louisiana and one of the top 50 agents in the area. Since 2004 when I became an agent, I have made it a goal to assist home buyers and sellers in every way possible and to ensure excellent service from beginning to end. I have years of experience and knowledge of the local market. I specialize in short sales, foreclosures, first time home buyers and the local market. I can assist in the valuing of the home, completing all repairs and any other services that may be needed.
I was raised in a military family so I know all of the processes and steps required in moving with the military. Being a certified military relocation agent, I am also able to assist any military member navigate the ends and outs of buying and selling a home. My father was a proud member of the military and that pride passed along to me. The opportunity to work for current , retired or related member to the military is something I feel honored to be able to do. Through my training I am able to work with members who are not in our area as of yet so that we can have all of their needs taken care of before they are even in our area.
I strive to make sure all I remain communicative, responsive and knowledgeable to ensure excellent service throughout the home buying or selling process.

Buyer reviewTerri has always stood out above the rest for being Professional, Ethical, Knowledgeable and Very patient with all of her clients. She provides the exact same level of service if you are looking at $50,000 properties or if you want a $500,000 property ! She always has the time and can answer any questions you might have about real estate, the mortgage or any part of the process. She will also get you in touch with the right mortgage people that can help you with any situation you might be in financially. Terri Hayward in my opinion is one of THE BEST agents in NW Louisiana. I would and do Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house or even to buy investment property . Terri makes the whole process of home buying a lot less painful, less confusing than it normally would be., I would also like to say Thank You to the entire Century 21 Elite staff, Standard Mortgage, and to United Title, for making my purchase of this home a very pleasurable experience !

Seller reviewShe turned a possible short sale into full sale to satisfy every party involved in the deal. A perfect ending to the horror I had dealt with when dealing with other agents in the market. She was professional and precise throughout the entire process. She listened to me when I had an issue and adjusted to meet my needs on this deal. She brought credibility and actual solutions to my problems at a time when I had lost faith in the overall market -- especially since I was selling the house from outside the state. I don't think I can put into words just how solid this experience has been. She was able to turn a mess caused by another agent into the cleanest sale possible. Simply amazing.
