As a Realtor with more than 20 years of Real Estate experience and having lived here in the Middle Georgia area since 1996 and raising my children here. I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them exceed all of their Real Estate needs. I have received the Quality Service Award yearly since 2012, The Emerald Award and The Ruby Award several times for my production. I received Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. With a Degree in Architectural Technology, I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. I believe in being completely honest and fair in every situation and this is an extension of the CENTURY 21 philosophy; which is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family members. Because of this philosophy, I have happy, loyal customers and a wonderful referral business from those who've done business with me in the past.

Buyer reviewTerri not only showed us the property we contacted her to see but also offered to show us any of the properties in the area. She seemed very knowledgeable of the area and guided us through the process of acquiring the property on which we settled . She made sure we were aware of our responsibilities ahead of time so we could properly prepare to carry them out and kept in touch with us on a daily basis until we closed the deal. Her being so on top of the process left us with no worries on our end. Terri did an excellent job in my way of thinking. This is not a process I have been through in quite a long time and didn't remember much of the previous occasion but it was very easy with the help of Terri Jackson.
