When the right property became available, Terri was there, every step of the way: from offer, through closing, to help keep the transaction moving. Negotiation, due diligence and closing went smoothly and communication between all parties was professional and timely. Even when she was out of of the country (with a 6 or 7 hour time difference), Terri made it a point to be available and active in keeping our purchase on track!
