Seller reviewTerrie Schmitt a star, a friend and amazing woman. Blessed to have had her help. Our home sold after showing it twice. The process was so much faster than anticipated. The buyers broker was NOT ideal but Terrie helped us through this difficult time. I don't believe anyone knows the Snohomish area better than Terrie does. She doesn't wait for texts or emails, she picks up the phone and finds out the answer before you even ask. You can't go wrong with such a caring person.

It was another great experience. Everything went smoothly in a very timely manner. She was excellent at explaining things and getting the upper hand when we were up against another offer. Was the best purchasing experience Ive ever had.
