My passion is to help buyers find the homes of their dreams, invest for the future, and for owners to maximize their sales potential. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a registered nurse specializing in high intensity areas. I bring knowledge and support from this experience, which translates well to my real estate business. I am excited to help people achieve their goals of finding the home that best meets their needs. In working with sellers, I strive to make moving as successful and smooth as possible. I recently was awarded our company's Quality Service Award at our annual service award gathering. I am happy to say that my clients have felt their real estate experience has been exceptional and often refer other friends and family to me. This also includes members of our military services, and I am proud that I have had four uncles, a stepfather and a stepbrother who have served over the last several decades.

Buyer reviewTerry was a great agent. She went above and beyond what we expected. She gave us information for about a year before our move on the market. We found out about her from a friend of a friend. Terry helped in every area . She went over all paper work and answered questions we had. She made copies of things for us as our computer and printer were in storage. She made sure all people involved inspector, builder, lender, builder supervisor, selling agent, etc. all copied her on correspondence. She attended and gave input with walk throughs and inspections even though we are quite some distance from Terry and her office. Great staff. We had some contact with staff and they did follow up. Her attention to detail and follow up were something we have never seen in other agents from other companies we have dealt with in the past!

She is a patient and steady realtor! Terry has a knowledgeable understanding of the buying and selling process as well as "reading" others involved and what their motivations might be.
