Seller reviewAfter listing my property with Terry Calabrese within a day I was receiving good offers. Within 3 days Terry found a good cash buyer and contracts were signed for a sales price well above my original asking price. Since I was from out of state, Terry took care of everything required to close the deal from start to finish including arranging for needed repairs to satisfy local CO inspections and acting on my behalf at closing which took place approx 3 weeks after contract execution. I could not be happier with the service Terry provided and would highly recommend her and her team to anyone in need of a Realtor whether buying or selling.
