Terry helped our youngest daughter and her husband buy and sell their first home and helped them acquire the house they're in now. Terry is the ultimate professional and gets the results that you want and the selling price you're looking for! The sale of the 7396 Hazard Center Drive property was listed much higher than the comps in the immediate area and we were more than pleased to get a cash buyer within 2 days of the property going on the market! I more than highly recommend Terry to anyone who needs a smart, not too aggressive, deal maker and shaker of an agent. In fact, you'd be doing yourself a gross disservice by not having her in your corner! Our family is over-joyed with Terry's performance and will be calling her again for our next real estate project!
