As a full time, full service Broker Associate with Century 21 Alliance Group I am here to assist you in achieving all of your real estate objectives. I have been a Northwest Indiana resident for more than 30 years, having lived in Valparaiso for a majority of that time and currently residing in Hobart for more than 14 years. I am a Chesterton High School Graduate and also attended Valparaiso University. I am very familiar with both Lake and Porter Counties and actively work in nearly all communities contained within. I strive to create a personal relationship with all of my clients and believe the key to success lies in making your goals my primary focus. Seller reviewFrom the start Terry was very patient and understanding with my situation with my dad's house. She wasn't pushy or demanding and after getting a few more things done that she recomended, she set out a plan of action. Terry explained everything in detail on how things were going to work. She really made it simple and at ease for me. It could have not gone any easier in selling the house.

One item that stood out is that she directly addressed the recent national headlines regarding the Real Estate profession. She broke down what the issues were and how they were already something that is mitigated here in Indiana in language that a laymen could understand easily. While she was always professional, she still managed to somehow have a sense of humor which made her that much more relatable, and I appreciated that.
