I have been a licensed REALTOR with Century 21 since 1996. I started with Century 21 At The Crossing, which merged with Century 21 Scheetz. I decided to stay with the proven brand, the #1 recognized name in Real Estate, and the Scheetz name was synonomous with quality service. I have closed over 600 transactions, and there is nothing like being a part of the purchase of someones first home. It is special.I believe that the Quality Service Pinnacle Award I achieved is more important to any amount of money I could make, because it it a rating scale from my clients. I have to achieve a very high rating with EVERY transaction in order to maintain this, and I do.I also enjoy working with new and experienced investors. His several years of experience in the real estate business gave us the comfort of knowing we were in good hands. Being a resident of Florida and buying a home in Indiana we trusted Terry to view and report back to us on several properties in the area. He was honest and detailed in his reports and we felt confident in his abilities to find us the home that best fit our needs. Buying a home during COVID19 has its challenges but Terry was very protective of the sellers and we the buyers by following the health precautions to the letter.
