Terry Riel worked day and night for my husband and I. She was reachable at every moment and kept us in the loop during the whole process. She made the nightmare of selling a house a dream - a good one. We were 110% pleased with her and would recommend her to anyone for selling or buying a house or property! Terry handled the selling of our house like it was her most important job. She is very approachable and trustworthy - which is very important throughout this process. She helped answer questions and gave us advice when needed without telling us what direction to go in. She clearly knew the business and was able to work through any issues that came up with us :)

Being a young adult ,Trying to take on the responsibility of home ownership was an extremely nervous and stressful thought at first. The attention i received from Terry Riel. was more then i could have ever asked for . Essentially going into the process i had the attitude of this is what i want make it happen. with everyday life being busy enough , I feel like i didn't even really need to do anything. Terry took care all the scheduling and paperwork . kept me informed 24/7 and even dealt with my stressed out 9pm phone calls to reassure me that everything was going OK. she was there every step of the way and i feel like everything was handled is a professional and timely manner, I am highly impressed and would recommend her to anyone !

Terry Riel is a fantastic real estate agent. I don't think we would have been able to leave the house we built and lived in for 30 years without her. She encouraged us, talked us through the difficult decisions and never seemed irritated with the constant questions.
