Buyer reviewTessa is incredible. Her local insight and understanding of market conditions helped me land a home in record time in a VERY challenging market. Honestly, trusting her insight is the only way we landed the home at all and the selling party confirmed that us following Tessa's recommendations was the key to our success. In addition to this, I can't say enough about Tessa's professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. She made us feel like we were the only clients she was supporting when I know that wasn't true. She responded fast to all our requests, met us all over the county for viewings on short-notice, and was knowledgable throughout.

Seller reviewWe worked with Tessa to purchase our first home-- it was a no brainer to work with her again to sell. She guided us well through all of the offers (multiple!) we received and helped us choose the strongest one. Her organized spreadsheet with pertinent information all in one place made the options clear to understand. Somehow she makes you feel like you're her only client. The only downfall of her quick turnaround for communication is when it takes longer than 5 hours, you want to send a text to make sure she's safe, ha! Her strategy made us feel comfortable and proved to be incredibly profitable and as painless as possible for us.
