Seller reviewI asked Tessa to sell my mom's house after her passing. It was such an emotional process but Tessa helped us through every step, keeping me informed, while showing compassion for the situation. Tessa coordinated everything so I could focus on my grieving family. Many curve balls were thrown at us throughout the escrow process (none of which were in our/her control), but Tessa handled them efficiently and professionally, all while keeping her positive attitude. Tessa is wonderful at her job, amazing to her clients, and was a joy to work with, even during such a difficult time.

First impressions are important to me and Tessa did not disappoint my wife or I. She presented a solid plan for the sale, list of suggestions to enhance the property and was easily available for any questions I may have. She gave suggestions and listened to my suggestions and gave very valuable feedback which resulted in a quick sale for more than the asking price. She was extremely patient with all of our questions and always answered our calls immediately or got right back to us. She knows the community well. We took her advice in staging the house and we got over five offers the first two days. She sold our house in two days and we got over our asking price which we were very happy about. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
