Seller reviewAfter talking to several agents from different brokers I found Tessa and with my first impressions regarding her professionalism, ethics and knowledge I was happy to have her take care of the sale of my home. First impressions are important to me and Tessa did not disappoint my wife or I. She presented a solid plan for the sale, list of suggestions to enhance the property and was easily available for any questions I may have. She gave suggestions and listened to my suggestions and gave very valuable feedback which resulted in a quick sale for more than the asking price. I would definitely refer Tessa to all my family and friends as she has earned my trust in her abilities.

She was extremely patient with all of our questions and always answered our calls immediately or got right back to us. She knows the community well. We took her advice in staging the house and we got over five offers the first two days. She sold our house in two days and we got over our asking price which we were very happy about. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
