Tessa Hagwood was, simply put, amazing. Buying a house can be a confusing and frustrating process. Finding an agent even more so. When our previous agent left real estate for another opportunity, we struggled to find someone who actually listened to what we needed. And then we lucked into Tessa. We asked to see a house that we'd seen before, knowing it wasn't exactly what we wanted, but so tired of the process that we were willing to settle. Tessa walked around the house with us and then, at the end said, "Look, I know you guys are tired, but this isn't your house. You entertain, you spend a lot of time outdoors, you have pets. This isn't your house, but I'll help you find one that is." And she did. Tessa worked her tail off for us. She was available any time of day, always willing to check out a new house. We found the perfect home, a place where we can easily see the kids grow, and Tessa walked us through the whole process with patience, good humor, and friendship. We cannot speak more highly of her. She is a rock star.

Tessa was very personable and friendly. She found out what we wanted and worked to get us those listing closest to our needs. She stayed in contact with us but did not hound us for info. She made this a pleasant experience after both my wife and I thought it would be more difficult. It was a great experience. Tessa worked hard to fulfill our needs. When we were deciding to move to the Central Coast, Tessa, merely reached out with a simple card, just letting us know she was available to us with any questions we may have about a potential move. Never once did we feel pressured. Tessa was always available, either my text, or phone call. Selling and buying a home, is a pretty stressful process, however Tessa, was always there to calm our nerves, and make the process as smooth as possible.
