Theresa Lamb was very helpful and offered many suggestions and alternative plans. She was approachable and always there if I had a question. I think Century 21 of Morris is the only place I would go for a Real Estate transaction. Everyone I have met there was very friendly. I was very satisfied with the Sale of my property through Century 21 and Theresa Lamb in particular.

Buyer reviewGreat service -- I looked at several houses in order to find something I liked. We had a few problems (not of Theresa's fault) with the seller but her patience and mine led to me getting the house. This is a seller's market here and she always managed to get me into houses as one of the first people to see the house for sale which helped me greatly. She also negotiated for me when the inspection showed major repairs being needed without my being involved which worked to assist me in covering some of the expenses that occurred when I closed on the house.
