Seller reviewTheresa was very useful in preparing to sale my property with Century 21. When I first had contact with Theresa it was through one of her client that wanted to purchase my property. However, the sale of the house to her client fell through. Because of the time and expense put forward with that client, Theresa was willing to offer her service to sell my house at a discount commission fee because of her client not following through with the purchase. She always kept me abreast of the market and the potential home buyers while the property was for sale. I really appreciated her experience and professionalism. Would not hesitate to use her in the future.

Seller reviewThe property we sold was deceased father in laws house. He had declined in health in the past years and had nothing done to the house. He was admitted to a nursing facility where he passed away. We had no idea where to start. We started by calling a realtor couple from our church, but we did not feel comfortable. Theresa came in and had no issues or worries the house would sell. As matter of fact, it happened so fast we are still in awe. Theresa is an asset to have for your company and she is a blessing to our family. She not only helped us with the sell of the house, due to some succession circumstances she knew just how to handle the depositing of the separate checks. Thank you again for Theresa Miller.

Buyer reviewShe listened to our wants and needs and found us our home very quickly. After looking for 2 years, Theresa found our new home and we were signing papers in 2 months time. We appereciate all the good and quick work that she done. The other Agents had a I dont care about your piddly money so Im not putting forth any effort. Theresa was not this way! She did not show the " Your not buying a million dollar home, Im not interested in helping" attitude. She treated us like a Million Dollar account the whole time! THANK YOU SO MUCH THERESA!
