Seller reviewSimply put, Tom salvaged a transaction that I had decided to abandon. In doing so, he turned a bad situation into a promising one that ended happily for all (buyer and sellor) concerned. He was always in touch, and I was always made aware of where we were in the sale. At one point, when progress was threatened by deadline extensions to the buyer's bank, Tom's experience and positive grasp of the situation kept us calm and willing to allow things to coalesce. The result was an "as is" sale for a price that we could never have received on the open market, and with a minimum of cost factors to the sellor (me!). Of course, a realtor doesn't "create" the many details of an offer, but Tom's experience and professional acumen proved so valuable in recognizing, evaluating, and nurturing an excellent prospect.

On our first meeting, I appreciated how enthusiastic Thomas was about keeping the "aloha spirit" in Hawaii, and helping as many locals here as he can. Thomas was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me intently on what I was looking for. Though the search was narrow, he kept me updated and stayed in contact to check in, even when new listings hadn't been posted in a while. When the time finally came to put in an offer, he laid out his research on the property and the possibilities of what could happen without pressuring me to bid a certain amount. Looking forward to working with Thomas again when the time comes!

When we first met Tom, he took the time to find out what WE wanted in a home. He explained the benefits of being a homeowner and showed us how to overcome roadblocks i.e.-money for the down payment. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and about the real estate business. He zoned in on exactly what WE wanted. He worked diligently to help us to find a place that we can truly call HOME. Tom was always accessible. He constantly kept in contact with us, constantly encouraged us to keep looking until we found a place that we could afford and love!
