Buyer reviewAfter we started the process to relocate to the Des Moines area from Burlington, IA we encountered many obstacles that were unavoidable. Thomas was a star through all of it. He was very patient and supportive. We are currently in a home that meets our needs as a family perfectly. It is exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more excited. I sincerely believe that, through the eight months it took us to find our new home and move in, we never stopped being a top priority for Thomas. He is friendly and always easy to get along with. My kids loved him! I was most impressed with his professionalism. He was always prompt, always on top of things and always thinking ahead. We really appreciated the great insight and advice that he offered, as well. He improves the experience by giving great references that are equally great to work with. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful. Thomas takes away so much of that stress with his great attitude and work ethic.

He was very kind and helpful and truly took into consideration all of my hopes as well as concerns in selling my home. I was recently re-married and had moved out of the area. Thomas Payne went above and beyond to help me get the entire process accomplished seamlessly. He was even willing to meet contractors for me so that I did not have to travel 3 hours for work to be done. Integrity is a big factor for me and Thomas Payne was nothing but a man of integrity in his words, actions and follow through. He worked hard to find us a home in a tight market. He gave us a lot of his time as he viewed many homes with us as we looked for the perfect one. Thomas became a true friend and ally for us in this process. He helped us write several offers on homes and he negotiated for us in every situation. He even saved us from a poor house decision with his skills in negotiating, his understanding of our hopes and dreams, and his understanding of other homes on the market.
