Back in 2010 when I made the decision to put the house up for rent I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision. Having just moved to Los Angeles I was very nervous about being 3K miles away from my rental property. My reluctance quickly changed after my initial meeting with Thon. To my surprise, within two weeks after the tenants had moved out he informed me that we had a potential buyer. Once again he backed up his words with actionable results. He then expertly handled every detail of the sales transaction. The property closed escrow on August 24, 2016 with no issues.
