I live out of state in Georgia so I expected this to be quite challenging; however, with Tibitha's help the sale of the condo was smooth and easy. She's very honest and pokes you in the eye when needed. She accepted my law enforcement and military background with open arms. So I suggest veterans to give her a call. She's also very knowledgeable on the buyer side and knowing about plans and programs. She knows if you can't find a loan she can't sell you a property, she'll get it done!
