Seller reviewTiffaney was such a joy to work with. Her upbeat personality made me excited to be going through the process, which can be stressful at times. She listened to what my plans were, talked me through how to appropriately price my home, and helped me understand the process. The next day she took pictures and listed my house. Thanks to her knowledge and competitive listing price, I had 7 showings and 3 offers within two days. So much to consider in such a short amount of time, but Tiffaney was there for me every step of the way!

Seller reviewWe had the best experience with Tiffaney. We weren't even considering selling our house when we found a house that we loved. We needed to very quickly get our house on the market and sell it so that we could make an offer on the other house before it sold. Tiffaney came over in the morning to take pictures and had the house listed by noon. We were immediately flooded with viewing requests, one which was for the same day. By the end of the day that viewer submitted an above list price offer and we accepted. She sold our house in one day. I never could have dreamed it could be so easy. It allowed us to then make an offer on our dream house and everything fell into place quite nicely after that. I would highly recommend using Tiffaney, and I would use her if we decided to move again.
