Buyer reviewTim Dean is a well rounded real estate agent. Knowledgeable of the area, the properties available, timely response and professional. I Was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and I already had a great knowledge of the area, knew the types of property I was looking for and where. I preferred to do my own research and that fact was instantly recognized without me having to say so. I was given the materials requested and needed, a few suggestions that I had not seen before (and ultimately purchased one of those suggestions) and a phone number to call for help. It was what I wanted, a hands off, no nonsense approach. When the homework was done Time lead me through the offer, acceptance and closing process. I had never heard of having a buyers real estate agent before but given the amount of work that I received on my behalf I will definitely chose to have an agent again, and Tim in specific if we purchase in this area again.
