Buyer reviewOur purchase was not a normal one. We had an extended closing, a seller that need even more time and a cash sale, to a finance sale back to a cash sale. On top of that we lived 7 hour away, long distance add another twist. Tim Gardner was always available to answer question or to find the answer, by phone or text. I have dealt with other agents where we are from that have not been very helpful. I have been doing evals of employees for over 30 years. I dont give high marks unless they are earn. Tim Gardner is a top shelf employee in my opinion. Tim Gardner was a pleasure to work with for our home purchase. Kevin Brandts Pound, Va.
