Seller reviewWe had not sold a house in over 15 years and the protocols for selling a house had changed significantly in terms of more legal documents to understand, non-standard real estate brokers to consider, such as Open Door, HomeGo, etc. We did consider offers or discussions on selling from Open Door, HomeGo, and Mark Spain. But, we were not impressed by any of these companies. We received a high recommendation on Tim Matthews from a community neighbor and decided to give it a try. Tim led us through the volume of legal documents and explained areas of those documents that were difficult to understand in laymen's terms. He was proactive in suggesting ways to make our house more marketable. Tim was readily available when issues arose or we had questions that needed answering. Continued to have enlightening discussion with Tim in regards to the current housing market and what to expect with the increase in mortgage interest rates. We would highly recommend Tim Matthews and Century 21 to any homeowner who is considering placing their house on the market.
