Seller reviewI have known Tim Matthews for about 60 years as we grew up in the same neighborhood. He found the piece of property that my husband and I built our house on in 1986. I don't think there is anyone in the Fuquay market who has a better understanding of market trends than Tim does. I didn't consider any other agents to sell my mother's house, and he perfectly picked the price point and the house sold quickly. He kept me informed throughout the process, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a successful realtor in the Triangle market. I think this was probably the easiest real estate transaction I have been involved with, and I feel sure that Tim contributed to the smoothness of the process. Tim is well-known and well-respected in the Triangle area and has a reputation for quality and professionalism. His knowledge of the Fuquay real estate market is unsurpassed; the real estate awards he consistently wins are proof of his success. I will certainly seek him out if I have other real estate business and will continue to recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

Seller reviewTim Mathews was recommended by our lawyer to handle the guardianship sale of my mother's house. As guardian, it was my responsibility to make the decisions for the sale, but I wanted to give my siblings a voice in the process. To complicate matters, I was going to be out of state at the time of closing. Tim showed sensitivity and good communication skills as we navigated the process together. He anticipated our needs and advised us throughout the maze of legal steps with wisdom. He is focused, direct, and realistic when accessing the market. I highly recommend Tim Matthews for any real estate sale, but especially for anyone dealing with a guardianship sale.
