Tim is a one-of-a-kind realtor. We were recommended Tim by a family member, and as soon as my husband and I spoke to him on the phone, we knew he was the realtor we were going to trust with for the process of purchasing our home. Tim was introduced to me by a mutual friend who knew I was going to be in town for just a couple of days, and was interested in looking at properties that were for sale. He reached out to me before I arrived, and listened to my needs, and set up viewings for the time I was in town. Tim has to be one of the friendliest people I have met!! It was a delight working with him. I asked a LOT of questions-in person and via text-he was always kind and patient with me!! Tim and I looked at several properties the first day I was in town. Later that afternoon, another property came on the market that I was interested in. I reached back out to Tim who set up a showing for the next morning. It was the perfect match for my needs. Tim moved quickly reaching out to the seller's agent and put in my offer. He negotiated for me and within a couple of days I had an accepted offer. Tim met with me later in the month when I was able to come down again, so that I could take measurements of the condo so I would be able to begin ordering furniture. On that day, he was kind enough to drive by the local McDonalds so I could get some of the Disney toys for family members and then drive me back to my hotel. That in my opinion is going above and beyond the call of duty. His knowledge of Celebration is outstanding! As he is a resident, he was able to answer all of my questions about the town, CROA, and what it is like to live there full time. My experience with Tim was wonderful. If I were to sell my property and purchase another I would definitely call Tim to help me out!!

Tim Spolar was the best realtor for a new home building and buying experience. He ensured that we were informed and had everything we need throughout the whole process. If he was needed due to our absence because we were relocating from a different state, he kept the lines of communication open and made it to where we needed him promptly. Throughout the whole 9 month building process he was always respectfully and always dependable. Could not have had a better realtor. Keep up the great work!
