Having grown up and lived in the Northern Virginia area for the majority of my life, I believe I can offer a tremendous insight for families moving to the area. In addition, I feel my 25+ years of sales experience and 13+ years in the real estate industry gives me the ability to provide invaluable information regarding areas, construction, etc to help a family make an informed decision to get the home of their dreams in the location and at the price and terms they want.

Buyer reviewTim is awesome. We were tough clients, but he was super flexible, attentive, and (most of all). patient. I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process with anyone else. Again, Tim is the best. He is so calm and level-headed that it makes negotiating these things easy. Also, you know that Tim is always going to stick up for you if something starts to go haywire! Tim was super accessible- sometimes it felt like we were his only clients. I can't imagine how he does this- make everyone feel so valued and important. I have bought and sold a half dozen homes in my time, but Tim was by far the best realtor to have worked with. We initially worked with two other agents who were helpful- when we decided to look exclusively in MD, we had to switch to Tim since the others were not licensed in MD. I feel like it all worked out for the best! I will tell anyone who asks about Tim- he is the best!

Buyer reviewTim was great to work with, especially since I am a first-time homebuyer. He was always available to answer my questions, and did so without making me feel self-conscious about my lack of knowledge. I trusted Tim's judgement and abilities, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a broker. In addition, I had a difficult closing, with several delays due to the seller's personal issues. Tim handled everything well, and I was able to buy my dream condo. Tim was great - if and when I sell or decide to purchase again, he will be my first call.

Buyer reviewTim was patient every step of the way with us. We were first time homebuyers and unfamiliar with some of the process. Tim explained each step and what was expected next. If there was anything we had a question about he was quick to answer or find out and get back to us. When touring homes Tim inspected every room and was sure to point out things we would need to keep in mind. We toured lots of home and there were many no's but Tim remained patient and encouraged us we would find the right one and there was no rush. When we finally found the right one we discussed our game plan to submit a great offer. With Tim's great advice the seller accepted our offer and throughout the remainder of the process Tim made sure our concerns were addressed. We always felt like Tim was fighting for our best interest in this process and we were happy with the results.

He was extremely knowledgable of the market / area, and was extremely patient with us as we worked through multiple offers on houses, in several markets, all while geographically separated from the houses being offered on. Tim went above and beyond to be our eyes and ears, enabling us to make offers on houses from 2000 miles away, and ultimately a successful closing on our dream home.
