Seller reviewTina has a wonderful personality. Detailed and driven. She devoted countless hours to ensure that our property was represented to the fullest extent. Tina was provided with our expectations regarding a selling price and negotiated accordingly. Tina monitored the process through several offers and was able to market the property within an acceptable timeline and a an agreeable selling price. Tina is well connected in the professional community. She handled the scheduling of tests and remediation. Her recommendations were right on. All of her referrals were knowledgeable, courteous, and of the highest integrity. Tina goes above and beyond. She spent an afternoon helping us prepare to move our contents to storage. Something that surely is not expected of an agent. Just a good experience. We would use Tina Nichols and Century 21 Braddock again.
