During the search process, Tina made special accommodations for us to view houses during the short window when our parents were visiting us. She was an excellent tour guide and informant about what it would be like for our parents to live in Laguna Woods. She explained clearly and guided me in selling a condominium property under a Coop/HOA arrangement. It was not an easy one but she made it looks so easy that everything was done on a timely manner.
