Seller reviewTina D'Aleo was our real estate professional of choice. We had talked to two other Realtors, but Tina had a personal touch. Tina discussed our plans and goals, and recommended a higher sales price that we initially planned. The price not only covered her commission but gave us more cash for closing. It was a pleasure to be able to speak to a professional openly and honestly about preparing and parting with a place we called home and took pride in. She suggested an effective marketing plan, a competitive price based on similar sales, and took immediate action to get the house on the market for sale. She provided tips on how to prepare and present the house properly as well as things to repair or declare in the listing forms. Tina was very communicative and kept us informed of activity every step of the way, making an easy and seamless transition from sell to sold!
