Seller reviewTina was easy to work with and understood our needs in the process of selling this house. This was a probate sell, and she made the process easier and was able to get me in contact with an attorney for the court process. Tina kept us appraised of each step and successfully conducted to the sell of the property to our satisfaction

Seller reviewTina has an extremely approachable personality. She was very easy to talk to and always made me feel comfortable. Before contacting Tina, I spoke with another agent from a different agency who told me what they thought my house was worth/could sell for. . It was definitely way lower then I was expecting so I contacted Tina for a second opinion. The listing price she suggested was MUCH higher then the number I received from the first agent. (About a $60k-70k difference). I was able to list and accept an offer in under a week! I would 100% recommend Tina, she's the best!
