Tina has an extremely approachable personality. She was very easy to talk to and always made me feel comfortable. Before contacting Tina, I spoke with another agent from a different agency who told me what they thought my house was worth/could sell for. . It was definitely way lower then I was expecting so I contacted Tina for a second opinion. The listing price she suggested was MUCH higher then the number I received from the first agent. (About a $60k-70k difference). I was able to list and accept an offer in under a week! I would 100% recommend Tina, she's the best!
