We really appreciated Tina very much. Her knowledge with various levels and types of housing, was very thorough. Her knowledge about land was very thorough! Appreciated her using market analysis and land zones to better understand what I am getting into. She equipped me well to make a good solid decision, and was very patient with me through the process. Her intuition with not only the market but with buyers and sellers was incredibly precise, and I found myself being able to be lead by her with ease and trust. This was a complete 360 from a previous horrible experience leaving me with PTSD. She calmed that down too. Everyone needs a touch and training from Tina. Including me

Tina listened to my needs and delivered. She was patient and accommodating in taking time to see as many houses as I needed. She never appeared put out or frustrated. She maintained stamina and recognized that each individual buyer is different. She made me feel comfortable in my process. When looking at houses she could see beyond furniture, paint, or messes to the core of the home and was helpful in pointing out the good and the bad of every property in order that I make an informed decision. I would recommend Tina Mouldenhouer as a trustworthy real estate agent with attention to detail who brings knowledge and persistence to the deal.
