It was a very long process due to the state of the market, and she was very persistent and helpful, genuinely caring that I would find a place, from Day 1 to closing. Always answered my texts/calls very quickly and clearly. Answered every question I had and made things stress-free, and had me confident things would work out, even though it was my first time home-buying.
