She answered every question and got answers very quickly when needed. Thanks to Tine are closing went very smoothly. She made sure everything was in order before closing so there was no snags. She was wonderful She was very friendly and always has our interest her top priority. The only time she got frustrated was the appraisal and the length of time it took to get it since that was the only documentation left to close. But that was in our favor also. It went so smoothly we got to close 2 days early. I would highly recommend Tina Nixon Century 21 to anyone.
