Licensed in 2007 I am experienced in both residential real estate sales and corporate relocations. I am the Relocation Director for our office, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Midland Board of Realtors, National Association of Professional Women, and serve on the Awards Committee at the Midland Board. I have been consistently a multi million dollar producer and have received sales achievement awards from Century 21 for my accomplishments along with Rookie of the Year in 2007 from Midland Board of Realtors. I have completed several additional courses and seminars in marketing residential property and property staging. I am actively involved in the community as Sharing Tree Coordinator with the United Way of Midland County, volunteering in the Midland Public Schools, and Midland High Swim Team Parent.I am originally from the East Coast where I received a Fashion Merchandising Degree from Champlain College. I developed my sales and management skills working for 12 years as a Buyer and Senior Merchandising Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. I am experienced in working with clients, meeting their needs while giving superior customer service.As a wife and mother of three active children I understand the needs of families in transition. My family has moved 5 times, buying and selling a home each time, while working closely with relocation companies. Seller reviewWe happened to meet Tina Patnode when we called her about a listing she had. She came across very well in that time when she showed her listing, and made such an impression that when we were selling our property over a year later, we asked to interview her. She interviewed extremely well, and had a much stronger sales presentation and marketing plan than the competition that we interviewed. We interviewed a total of 3 agents before selecting Tina. Tina performed above our expectations in all areas of the sale of our home. Her staging abilities were superb and the result was better than we had hoped for. Tina exceeded expectations in all areas. She went above and beyond answering relevant questions we had on the purchase of our new property in another area when we were not being supported by a realtor in that geography. Tina was clearly experienced in every area of the sales experience and performed above expectations.

She knows how to reach prospective buyers, and has the right balance of friendly and professional qualities. There were two aspects about Tina we were particularly impressed with. First, she did a great job up front to find comparables, understanding our needs and what we wanted to do. Her work was detailed, documented and thorough, allowing her to determine the best pricing for us and what the market would allow. Secondly, Tina was outstanding with the amount of time and effort she put into staging our house property. It truly was amazing and we were wondering why we didn't arrange our own furniture that way! We were impressed with the room layouts, as were prospective buyers, and it definitely helped sell the property, Tina did just an excellent job for us and we highly recommend her.

She followed through on what she said she was going to do and in the end delivered. We had 7 showings 2 offers and a purchase agreement in the first 7 days that our house was on the market. I think her knowledge of our area and the market in general helped her set the right price. She also is skilled in staging and presenting very good online marketing of our house. I would recommend Tina if you're looking for a realtor without reservations.
