Licensed in 2007 I am experienced in both residential real estate sales and corporate relocations. I am the Relocation Director for our office, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Midland Board of Realtors, National Association of Professional Women, and serve on the Awards Committee at the Midland Board. I have been consistently a multi million dollar producer and have received sales achievement awards from Century 21 for my accomplishments along with Rookie of the Year in 2007 from Midland Board of Realtors. I have completed several additional courses and seminars in marketing residential property and property staging. I am actively involved in the community as Sharing Tree Coordinator with the United Way of Midland County, volunteering in the Midland Public Schools, and Midland High Swim Team Parent.I am originally from the East Coast where I received a Fashion Merchandising Degree from Champlain College. I developed my sales and management skills working for 12 years as a Buyer and Senior Merchandising Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. I am experienced in working with clients, meeting their needs while giving superior customer service.As a wife and mother of three active children I understand the needs of families in transition. My family has moved 5 times, buying and selling a home each time, while working closely with relocation companies. She was very patient with us, since we did want to look at a wide variety of homes during our two day house hunting trip. Tina was always available both before and after our trip, and she made us feel very comfortable when making a final decision without any pressure. She talked us through the negotiations on price, and we really appreciated her advice and experience with this. The inspection and closing went very smoothly, and Tina was always available to answer any questions for us.
