Licensed in 2007 I am experienced in both residential real estate sales and corporate relocations. I am the Relocation Director for our office, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Midland Board of Realtors, National Association of Professional Women, and serve on the Awards Committee at the Midland Board. I have been consistently a multi million dollar producer and have received sales achievement awards from Century 21 for my accomplishments along with Rookie of the Year in 2007 from Midland Board of Realtors. I have completed several additional courses and seminars in marketing residential property and property staging. I am actively involved in the community as Sharing Tree Coordinator with the United Way of Midland County, volunteering in the Midland Public Schools, and Midland High Swim Team Parent.I am originally from the East Coast where I received a Fashion Merchandising Degree from Champlain College. I developed my sales and management skills working for 12 years as a Buyer and Senior Merchandising Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. I am experienced in working with clients, meeting their needs while giving superior customer service.As a wife and mother of three active children I understand the needs of families in transition. My family has moved 5 times, buying and selling a home each time, while working closely with relocation companies. Buyer reviewI looked at a lot of houses in the area, and I didn't have a huge budget. Tina worked with that, and found things that worked for me, and was always willing to look at stuff even though i'm sure she knew it wouldn't be to my liking. She was always quick to respond to any of my inquires no matter what the issue was. Tina is a professional in every way of the term, and I was fortunate to have her on my team.

Seller reviewTina Patnode came very highly recommended by a coworker who lived nearby, and our initial meeting left me feeling very well-educated in what to expect going forward. This being my first time selling a house, the time she took to explain the process was very much appreciated! Tina also offered excellent advice regarding what updates were worth making to the home prior to listing. Tina also helped with the staging of the home, the photos she took and the write-up for the listing went way above and beyond anything I had hoped for. My house sold faster than expected and for more than I had anticipated, thanks in no small part to the advice I received from Tina prior to listing, and to her amazing work creating the listing itself. I highly recommend her!

Seller reviewWe also interviewed a broker from another real estate company. We chose Tina Patnode because she seemed a little more proactive. We also looked online to see how each Realtor presented the homes that they had for sale. We felt Tina did a better job staging and photographing the houses that she had for sale. Tina Patnode worked very hard to sell our home as quickly as possible even though the house was listed in November at the beginning of the slow season for the sale of homes. We were very interested in selling this vacant house as quickly as possible. Can't think of a single negative comment. Tina Patnode was personable, knowledgeable, and a strong negotiator.

She was easy to bounce ideas off of, she looked to future problems as well as solutions for each issue as they arose. She was honest in her opinion and I grew to respect her ideas and concerns as well as suggestions. She was silent when expected and spoke up when needed. Seller reviewWe had thirteen showings and three offers in two days. Tina was a excellent professional realtor whom provided quick results. Tina immediately responded to our text or emails. Tina is a professional stager and made our home look wonderful. Judging from interactions with other realtors there seems to be a fair amount of respect by other realtors toward Tina Patnode. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking a realtor.
