The sale of my property was quick, smooth and a seamless transition from the first step to the final deposit of my sales proceeds to my account. I was provided answers to my questions and provided with information that I would of not had any way of knowing on my own. I feel that I have had a home selling experience that has me in the purchase phase of a new home. This is a process that I feel cannot be accomplished by the novice seller or agent. I relied fully on Miss Valentina to navigate me through what on my own would have been financially and emotionally challenging. My Loan Officer Miss Tearha Freeman at Navy Federal Credit Union was the critical connection to Miss Valentina and my property sale. At this point I am confident that with the Assistance of Miss Valentina I will be able to complete a "forever home" purchase in the very near future. Thank You to each and everyone who I may not be aware of that also are part of what I truly believe could be the single most expensive and potentially stressful process of a persons life. In my case it was not the most stressful because of all who have been involved.

Tina Steele did an excellent job in negotiating the sale of my sister's home. As trustee who lives in a different area, I relied heavily on her knowledge of the local real estate market as well as her experience in handling property that was less than "move-in-ready". Here professionalism and diligence allowed me to open excrow, complete all the necessary paperwork and remove all contingencies of the sale while I was out of the country on vacation for three weeks. Escrow was closed shortly after I returned home allowing me to quickly finish up the affairs of the estate. Well done Tina!
