Tish handled everything for the buyer and seller (me) very professionally. She kept in touch via email and phone, explaining/answering anything and everything along the way. Tish has a very kind, polite, clear and professional manner about her which I found I could trust from the start. I had concerns about all of the contracts, etc. via email, but Tish helped me accept and trust the privacy of it. When Tish said the buyers were eager to move through the process in a timely manner, it was true. She made it happen very smoothly. Tish contacted me, since the couple next "door" wanted to buy my lot and keep it an open space. Timing was great and I had wanted to sell, but hadn't done anything about it. I see Tish Chung is a "person", more than an "agent". She has a manner in her tone of voice that is trusting and honest - not the "what's in it for me" I've found in other real estate agents.

Working with Tish was a pleasure. She clearly understood the marketplace and helped us with pricing. She went out of her way to stage the home and she even planted flowers around the front door for ambiance. She was able to provide us with a list of contractors to help spiff up the house. She brought in a great contract and was in constant communication during the transaction. It was a very easy and painless transaction.

We had known Tish via friends, local shops, she was always so pleasant and respectful of every one, we felt she was the one due to her extreme "caring for people " in general, Tish always called us with any updates, ie people looking at house through her or other buyers, and the feed back after, this was important to us as we are out of state Everything went smoothly and during the COVID-19 pandemic she had a lot more to do with the house as we were not living there any more, felt she felt with this issue very well Huge thank you for everything you did Tish, we had a great experience HUGS and stay extra safe
