Please call me "T.J." I entered the real estate business in 2006 with CENTURY 21 and have found it to be a rewarding and exciting experience. Now that I'm a member of the CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. team I'm excited even more. I will be working with a successful company with a proven track record.

I have been married 20 years to my husband Tim. We have four adult children and eight great energetic grandchildren between us.
I am an active member of Trinity Bible Church in Willow Park, TX. Believing in supporting my community, I volunteer at Willow Park Rehabilitation and Care Center and The Center of Hope. I also volunteer in the Read-To-Win program at Waverly Park Elementary school in Fort Worth.

Seller reviewTJ Hotchkin recently handled the sale of my house and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale process from where to put the signs to what features of my house to accentuate to show its best qualities. TJ was always available to patiently answer any questions I had no matter how small. I felt that the potential buyers TJ found for my house were all seriously in the market for a house like mine and I would recommend TJ to anyone who is looking for a qualified, knowledgeable, dedicated realtor.

Buyer reviewThis was my first house buying experience in my life at the age of 65. Tj was very patience with me and answered my questions, sometimes twice so i understood. This was a hard decision to jump into home ownership vs continue to rent in this high priced market. She walked me through it and helped alot to understand the closing etc. I am glad she was there to help. I checked a couple open houses on my own and met agents that i was glad I had Tj instead of them. She worked about my crazy work schedule which meant late viewing. Thanks again.

Seller reviewI trust TJ because she has proved, in the past, to be honest and reliable. Since I was out of state when the property was on the market she went above and beyond her normal requirements of assisting a client. She did several things ordinarily the homeowner would have been required to do. But since I was not there I could not do. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.
