T. J. was the Seller's agent. We had someone in mind to represent us, but once we got to meet T.J. and saw how knowledgeable about the area and the market were, he was the obvious choice. This transaction had some complexities (the zoning chief among them). No other agent had the knowledge or the patience to work on this deal for the months it took. T. J.'s commitment, professionalism and hard work paid off for us. We consider him now a friend.

We would not use any other realtor in Oroville. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling property in this area. TJ is knowledgeable about the entire area of Butte County. He is extremely competent in explaining the copious amounts of paperwork involved in selling a house. He is caring and comforting about the stresses involved in selling a home. He is as warm as he is professional in doing a job he obviously loves. We would recommend TJ Jensen for the buying and selling of any residential or commercial property.
