Buyer reviewThis is the third property Tobie has helped us with in 8 years. She has always been responsive, not "pushy", and most interested in listening to our needs and desires and helping us get what we wanted. I spent a lot of time searching the LBAR website to determine the market and find a house I thought we wanted. I never doubted we would call Tobie when we were ready, based on our past experiences. She also recommended an excellent mortgage broker who was also extremely responsive and on top of requirements which expedited closing to our requirement She provides truly professional service to her customer. What more can I say; she's TOPS !

Buyer reviewFrom the very first contact Tobie Dunbar was more than just an agent. She showed us many houses and was always understanding when we didn't select them. She did everything possible to put us close to our grandchildren. During the whole process she was extremely considerate of family illness we had. She met us at any time we asked. We live in Alabama and she's in Ky. We were coming up to close on the house and there was question as to whether the utilities had been turned off that day. She left her home early and in a snow storm , went to the utilities companies and made sure there was no lapse in the service. She is a very good agent and very personable. Perhaps your home search was much different than mine, and was over quickly and painlessly, with no disappointments, no missteps, no tears, no frustrations, no questions. But home buying can be quite the ordeal for many. And in those instances, you need a Tobie Dunbar to be there for you. Tobie looked out for us and truly helped us. She is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
