Toby contacted me the morning after I inquired about a home that was listed online. The home wasn't even his listing yet he actually responded before the next working day had even started. To me this meant he was passionate about selling homes and willing to do the work it takes to do so. As a first time home buyer I was extremely pleased with Toby because he took the time to make sure he understood what I was looking for. He was also easy to get ahold of and got things accomplished in a very timely manner. Overall he was excellent to work with and I was very thankful to have his knowledge and experience in my corner.

We just happened to meet Toby when we requested to view a house we were interested in taking a walk through. Throughout the whole process he was fabulous and suggested houses he knew fit our needs and wants...and actually showed us a house we didn't even like from the pictures, and ended up buying. I could not have asked for a better agent! I would highly recommend Toby and Century 21!
