I believe that everything we experience prepares us for our future. A law degree and over twenty-one years as a landman in the oil and gas industry has equipped me for being the kind of REALTOR who pays attention to details and can successfully handle transactions from easy to difficult. I have built two homes and have relocated several times, so I am familiar with all the nuances of dealing with builders and I know how stressful relocating to a new part of the country can be. I am a people person who will listen to your needs and will not try to talk you into something that isn't right for you. Todd was always willing to prepare the quotes on any property that I requested, even when we both knew that I was underbidding, he never questioned my requests. At times I felt that I would not find the right property, Todd would keep digging and send me notices. Todd is just a genuinely good guy that cares for his clients. After the first time I met him, I felt like I was working with a lifelong friend. I hope to one day be able to play a round of golf with him as we both share a passion for the game.

Buyer reviewWe first contacted Todd because we had driven by a piece of land that we wanted to look at. We did not have a realtor, so he came out to show us the property. It ended up not being right for us. However, through the few conversations we had with him while walking that property, he listened to exactly what we were looking for in a piece of raw land (size, price, good potential to build a home, pond, etc.). We had almost given up our search when Todd contacted us one day because he had found a property that he thought would be perfect for us. Sure enough, it was exactly what we were looking for and made an offer immediately. If it had not been for Todd's listening ear and attention to detail, we would have never found the piece of land that we now own and will soon call home. Todd knows the area very well, and it was evident in every conversation we had with him. This was our first time buying real estate, and he made us feel very comfortable with the process and walked us through so that we were never left wondering what would come next. It was a pleasure working with Todd, and we would definitely work with him in the future!
