A law degree and over twenty-one years as a landman in the oil and gas industry has equipped me for being the kind of REALTOR who pays attention to details and can successfully handle transactions from easy to difficult. I have built two homes and have relocated several times, so I am familiar with all the nuances of dealing with builders and I know how stressful relocating to a new part of the country can be. I am a people person who will listen to your needs and will not try to talk you into something that isn't right for you. Seller reviewThis property was up for sale for over a year and was a difficult property to sell. We had several deals that were unable to complete due to city restrictions but Todd never gave up. He kept me informed every step along the way and always responded whenever I contacted him and always either had answers to my questions or got the answer. Todd went way beyond anything that I expected of him. And in addition to all this Todd is just a nice guy. And easy to work with.
