Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

He also is very good at putting offer's together that maximize the buyers assets while matching them to what he understands the sellers needs are. It a balancing act that Todd seems really good at. He is a real professional and he and his team are a pleasure to work with. In addition, he is always helpful finding other professionals to work with after the home sale. All his referrals seem to reflect his solid ethical treatment of customers and all do a good job Always follow up quickly and get us answers to questions We were lucky to find Todd and have already recommended him to other people.
