Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

He helped us with the specifics of the sale, but also with the emotional concerns that arise. I have had realtors try to convince me to make decisions not in my best, but Todd was always looking out for us. He went above and beyond when we left to head to our new location by making sure the house was cared for in our absence. He helped us set expectations at a reasonable level, did not make key decisions without us, but helped keep the process moving. He treated us with respect and at the end of the process, I consider him my friend. If you want an agent who is capable, kind, efficient, and thorough, goes the extra mile, treats you with respect and has a solid grasp of the market, Todd is your agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Buyer reviewWe were not familiar with the Boise ID area and had friends strongly recommend Todd, who lived up to the recommendation from the first phone call. Todd worked very quickly under a week to schedule two days of showings for us, and adjusted timing on the fly as our plans changed at the last minute. Todd moved things around and had others checking properties while we were looking to keep our options open. He listened to our needs and adjusted as we went along. He negotiated very well, asked questions to understand our position and assessed situation of sellers to work a deal that was mutually beneficial to all. He also helped us work through closing and moving quickly (under 14 days), while also helping us get a Christmas tree at the last minute.
